Green parking levy — fill your car, park for free. Getting 4,000 people on and off Pendine beach takes planning. Book 4 or more tickets with car parking (up to 5 people in one car) and your parking is free — we pay the levy to Pendine Community Council for you. Groups of 3 or fewer arriving by car pay a £10 parking fee.

Tickets will be sold securely through Ticket Tailor when sales open. Any booking fees will be shown at checkout. Detailed set times and entry arrangements will be confirmed before the event.

Step 2

Official merchandise

Beat the Tide tees and hoodies, printed to order in the UK. Wear the wave and help turn the tide on suicide.

Secure checkout will be handled by our Big Cartel shop when merchandise goes on sale.

Step 3

Make a donation

Not coming to the festival, or want to give a little extra? Every donation helps fund suicide-prevention outreach, bereavement support and community projects across West Wales. Give once or monthly.

Donations are processed securely by Zeffy. Zeffy charges no platform fees to Beat the Tide; you may be offered an optional tip to Zeffy at checkout, which you can set to zero.

Good to know

Line-up

International DJs and local Welsh artists on one stage, timed with the tide and the sunset. The full 2027 line-up will be announced soon — register for launch updates to hear when it is released.

Accommodation discounts

We are developing partnerships with accommodation providers near Pendine. Confirmed offers, participating providers and booking terms will be published when available.

Food and drink vouchers

We are exploring pre-paid food and drink vouchers to help our stalls plan volumes and reduce waste. Details, including any participating traders and terms, will be published when confirmed.

Motorhomes, motorbikes and other vehicles

Pendine Community Council has a limited number of motorhome bays with waste facilities. For motorhomes or any vehicle you are unsure about, email info@beatthetide.co.uk and we will help with local options.

Children and young people

Children aged 0–10 go free, but each child needs their own free ticket so we can manage capacity and safety. Young people aged 11–17 are £10. Ages are based on the event date. Everyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (18+) with a valid ticket, and proof of age may be requested at entry.

Accessibility

We are setting up Nimbus Access Card support and developing our accessibility information and event arrangements. For access enquiries, please contact info@beatthetide.co.uk. Read our accessibility information.

Event rules
  1. No underage drinking. ID will be requested if you look under 25. A good range of alcohol-free drinks will be available.
