Our aim is to give you the most incredible experiences whatever your budget.

For those wanting to spend a little extra, VIP customers will have full access to all the food and drink stalls across the event site whilst also having exclusive access to a champagne bar, cocktail bar, exclusive VIP BBQ & grilled sea food and the very best view right in front of the stage.

General admission customers will have their own fantastic food and drink stalls to keep them fed and hydrated from viewing points behind the VIP viewing zone.

Our priority is to empower local Pendine & surrounding areas trades to serve you first, before looking further afield to bridge any remaining service gaps.

GREEN PARKING LEVY

Getting 4000 people on and off Pendine beach in one day comes with its own unique challenges. To limit congestion we are implementing a green levy.

Book tickets for 3 or less people with the intention of arriving by car and you will be asked to pay a £10 extra parking fee.

However, if you book 4 or 5 tickets to fill a car then we will pay the parking fee to Pendine Community Council from the ticket revenue. In doing so you all do your bit to reduce the number of cars coming into Pendine that day.

We will also be allocating all cars with set arrival times in order to manage the flow of traffic coming in to Pendine.

VIP Pass (VIP area) Early bird

Get the very best views of the DJs and stage down the front with our very limited VIP passes. There will be champagne & cocktail bars, and the very best food and drinks only available to VIP and premium zone customers! No General admission customers allowed in this area. The very best well managed clean toilets, small queues and the best experience! Tickets will rise in price when early birds sold out so be warned, this is the cheapest our VIP tickets will ever be for this event.

GA customers Will have fantastic choices for food and drink behind VIP & premium viewing zones but will not be able to go any further forward than their purchased viewing zone. See rules above. Green parking Levy

Buy 4 or 5 VIP or General admission tickets and arrive in ONE car to get FREE PARKING. Otherwise, parking on the beach is £10 for the day. Fill your car, reduce congestion and save money!

We are working hard to reach out to all the local accommodation possibilities within a 20 mile radius of Pendine Beach to provide you with discount codes to save money on hundreds of different places to stay when vising us. Buy your tickets to get the discount codes and all the options available.

Food and Drink Vouchers TBC

Food and drink vouchers are a convenient and cost-effective way to enjoy delicious meals and beverages at various food and drink stalls. By buying in advance you can secure discounts on products and help the stalls to manage volumes of orders to reduce waste!

Motorbike/Motorhome & other parking

If you are unsure if we can assist you in parking your vehicle please email us - info@beatthetide.co.uk to inquire and it will be our pleasure to inform you of local choices if not suitable to park on the beach.

Motorbikes - We plan to ask Kev at Kev's cafe if he would be kind enough to allow motorbikes to park in his car park for the day as parking motorbikes on the beach is impossible.

Motorhomes - Pendine community council have some spaces available for appropriate motorhome parking bays with waste management and other facilities. Email us for info!

Kid's under 10 FREE / 11-17 yrs £10

Children under 10 go free but must be accompanied by a responsible adult. ID will be required to verify ages at the gates and additional charges will apply if incorrect tickets have been purchased. Let's not forget this is a not for profit fund raising event to vastly reduce suicide rates.

In order for us to get our licence to hold these events we have to have strict rules in place to protect everyone and ensure we meet high standards so we can do this again annually.

1. A strict NO UNDERAGE DRINKING POLICY will be administered by all bars & security on the beach. ID will be asked if you look under 25.

1a. There will be a good range of non alcoholic drinks available at our bars and many non alcoholic drinks are identical to their alcohol equivalents without getting into trouble.

1b. Designated drivers will get a different colour wrist band upon entry so bars can see they are to to consume alcoholic drinks.

1c. We will be strictly monitoring those attempting to drive whilst inebriated when leaving. None of us want you to get into trouble on such a wonderful day. Please be sensible.

2. No DRUGS, anyone found dealing or consuming will be removed from the premises and prosecuted. Police presence is guaranteed.

3. Respect each other and be mindful of your behaviour. For many, our annual beat the tide events represent deep meaningful days where we remember lost loved ones or have maybe only recently beaten their own mental health crisis. The last thing they or any of the rest of us need is any drama or worse.

Beat the Tide events are specifically designed to bring our communities together with respect, love and compassion.

Please understand and respect these rules, it is so important.
